Charles Tonlorenzi

Charles is a senior entrepreneur. His main expertise lies in starting, restructuring and advising companies in unpredictable environments, where technology, regulations and/or customer habits change at a rapid pace.

After a fast-track International career start at P&G, he was attracted by what was then the “new economy” and is now recognized as one of the French Internet pioneers.

Frédéric colas

Frédéric is a seasoned digital marketer, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He loves to innovate and break new ground. In 1996, he became the first ever digital marketer at P&G worldwide. He was selected for the Ad Age list of 16 media innovators around the globe and P&G named him “Ad Age’s interactive marketer of the year” in 1999. He launched online gaming at Sega and was instrumental in driving local player Fullsix from being a local agency to the #1 digital agency in France and Europe during the 2000’s. With his family, he completed the first ever world tour powered by Facebook to build a school in Burkina Faso (West Africa). Frédéric has worked in France, UK, Portugal, USA and Belgium.

philippe besnard

Philippe Besnard has been growing innovative companies in unpredictable, uncharted territories throughout his professional life. A seasoned entrepreneur in the digital space, he is the cofounder and former CEO of Quantum Advertising, the European leader in Programmatic Native Advertising.

Philippe served as Chairman of the Board of Sarenza.com (now part of Monoprix) and was an early investor in a number of French Tech successes, including Sticky Ads and Logmatic.

He developed his strong expertise in finance, restructuring and legal affairs early on in his career through his roles within financial and strategic consultancies and LMBO ventures. His interest in consumer influence, content and innovation has made him a recognized expert in the adtech and martech areas, as has his passion for education, culture and psychology and digitally-driven transformation in these fields.

Laurent houel

Laurent is a former senior executive turned entrepreneur.

He began his career at P&G where he became friends with Charles and Frédéric, at a time when it was too early for any joint startup (what was a startup in the 80s anyway ?).

He invested himself in brand building in the FMCG and Luxury sectors and held Marketing and General Management positions at Coty, Kering, LVMH and Danone.

Laurent brings his brand expertise and consumer- centricity to ensure compelling value proposals, his knowledge of DTC business models and e-commerce to develop the right routes to market, and his management savvy to ensure organizational effectiveness.

Based in Hong Kong and London, and having played a key role on assignments in Europe, Asia and the Americas, her professional ventures are marked by a strong international focus.

Chloé is passionate about digital strategies and consumer behavior and gives lectures on the topic. She graduated from ESCP Europe in 2007, including one term at the Indian Institute of Management of Calcutta.

Anna chevillon

After 3 years working in consulting at A.T.Kearney, Anna joined Franprix (Groupe Casino).

For 6 years, she was in charge of strategic and operational projects to rethink the idea of the “store”. She then embraced the opportunity to develop B2C services at La Poste where she spent the next 3 years, notably launching new experiences and partnerships.

Alexis poujade

After graduating from Sciences-Po Paris (2002) and ESSEC (2005), Alexis worked with the Paris office of the strategy consulting firm Roland Berger.

In 2009, he joined Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët, the ultra-premium subsidiary of the Pernod-Ricard group, where he held various international positions in strategy, marketing and digital.

In 2018, he participated as CMO in the reversal of the jewelery brand Korloff alongside the investment fund Mirabaud Private Equity.
